I was born in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I started sailing Optimist with my siblings, and what I liked the most was being close to them; that way, we grew up sailing together. I sailed in Optimist, Cadet, 420, 29er, and 49er FX. Among the championships I remember the most, I highlight a South American Championship that my older sister, Mercedes, and I won together. Later, in the 29er, I participated in two World Championships and enjoyed the skiff so much that I decided to sail in the 49erFX to try to compete in the Olympic Games. I participated in two Pan American Games and two Olympic Games, and in the last one, we finished in 5th place. After that, I sailed for two years with Santiago Lange in the Nacra, but we did not qualify for the next Olympic Games.
